Praxis Test Information
The Praxis I Pre-Professional Skills
Test (PPST) or Praxis I Computer Pre-Professional Skills Test (CPPST)
and the Praxis II: Subject Assessment Test, passing scores, are required
for entry into the Master of Arts in Teaching Program.
The Praxis I test consists of three
parts, reading, writing and mathematics. This test may be taken at your
local Sylvan Learning Center or at a scheduled testing site near you.
The Praxis II is only administered at specific times and dates and
requires advanced registration.
You many register and find study
guides for the tests online at www.ets.org/praxis. There are numerous study guides available at a local book store allowing you to find the book that best fits your study
needs.
Special Alternate Route MAT License
may be obtained by passing the Praxis II in one of the following areas:
